The Six Freedoms Kept From Black Folk’s Grasp

Being black in America is one hell of an experience that white people, definitely would not trade. Being black in America means automatically to be feared as “America’s Boogeyman”. Being black in America means that you will have to give your children, very unique “talks” (that no other race has to do) to keep them from getting lynched. Being black means that you are infinitely the “other” to the white person’s “self”.

I never seen any document that attempts to word out the lack of freedoms black people exist with. …

Justice for J6

I genuinely think they wanted to wreck those gaslighting fools

Trump Supporters are Cowards

Proud Boys, III Percenters, Boogaloo Boys, QAnon, and other brown-shirt Trump militia types tucked in their nuts and didn’t show up in Washington D.C. on this day — 18th September, 2021 — because they didn’t want to get their asses kicked by cops.

Justice for J6.

Why not put your money where your mouth is?

Justice for J6 Rally, Washington D.C.

Yeah, I was there for this sad mess.

I think it’s clear I’m not a Trump supporter. I can identify a horrible person very quickly, regardless of political affiliation. I can also determine when someone is horrible at a job or position; listing all of what makes Trump a garbage, shitbag president (or shitbag person) would rob us of life.

From this understanding, I hope folks could appreciate me when I show up to document these times we live in. I hope folks appreciate my self-discipline not to engage these politically bankrupt people. After all, it would be a shame…

Hey there. See the guy in the photo? That’s me. You’re probably wondering how we all got here.

Well, it all began around 2012 when I and a guy decided to talk our discussions off of a Facebook discussion group and create an article-hub website for everyone’s eyes. That old joint was called… well I’m not going to give him free advertisement because I think it still exists, so there’s that. The website was a WordPress-based site that was mostly me, the activist guy, and the other guy, who was a…

[1] Forgive me for when I saw what is actually "Shetterly" I'm reminded of the name "Satterly," which was the name of a friend I lost during my second deployment in Afghanistan. Sure you might not have known I'm a war veteran but your smug responses shouldn't exist regardless had you known or not.

Stop the smug response disposition unless you rather upkeep a smug personality and just wig the white privilege, just like cops, and never atone for stank behavior and repair.

One guy said "facts are the least important part of communication."

^I would think that if he…

White Supremacists Seek to Control What We Remember (and What We Don’t)

U.S. Capitol in Washington D.C. As we observe the first 9/11 week of Remembrance devoid of responsibility of the War in Afghanistan (the war officially being over, with Troops pulled out) it’s time to reflect on other things we need to never forget. | 8 Sep 2021 | Photo Credit: Johnny Silvercloud

Sloganeering has never been easier.

“Never Forget.”

Never forget 9/11? Don’t worry about that buddy; I won’t. I will never forget when it happened. I was in the Army, signed up before it occurred just two years in when the Twin Towers fell. I remember what it felt like to see the Twin Towers struck. I remember the state of emergency the military was in. I remember the threat; I was overseas. Being from Washington D.C., I remember my commander pulling our New Yorker Soldier and me into the room, asking if our families were okay. …

A Demonstration on Police Accountability in D.C. occurred with no mainstream media interest

Saturday, August 28th, 2021, hundreds of families showed up to Washington D.C. demanding justice for their family members and loved ones who were shot, killed, and murdered by police with zero accountability from police and civic institutions.

So many impacted families.

Many might not know, but there is always a serious protest event in Washington D.C. on this day because August 28th is the anniversary of Martin Luther King’s “A Have a Dream” speech. There was a protest sponsored by National Action Network, a non-profit civil rights organization founded by Al Sharpton. Their protest march was easy to identify and…

Veterans who have feelings for Taliban taking Afghanistan but NO feelings for the GOP Insurrection attempt are pieces of shit

As a man who served in the Armed Forces with most of my experience and the prime of my life spent aiding and assisting Afghanistan, I’m going to say that it hurts to see Afghanistan fall like this.

I’m Johnny Silvercloud. While I’m not going to give off much information about my military self, I just want to establish a baseline understanding of what ties me to Afghanistan.

I have served in the U.S. Army from 1999 to 2019. I’ve deployed to Afghanistan twice (Kandahar, Zabul provinces), and most of my time in service dealt with supporting the War in…

Maybe your politics are not fit for adult conversations

The conservative kid speaking to the news guy

It was January 2017. Washington, D.C. Four years ago seems like eight or ten. Trump’s single presidential tenure might have aged a whole nation double the time it took to get him out of office. Wow.

I shot this photo of a news reporter of credentialed media bending down on his knee to get the audio from this kid. I remember the kid was a conservative. The kid, was a conservative. What does this mean? I shot the photo because there was a layers of absurdity within the frame documenting real life in America during Trump’s inauguration week.

The Child

The first…
